Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the Kubernetes platform roadmap and cloud-native strategy, including multi-cluster, multi-region, and multi-cloud architectures.
  • •Establish platform engineering standards, reference architectures, and operational best practices, and drive technical decision-making for container orchestration and infrastructure investments.
  • •Lead adoption of Infrastructure as Code and GitOps, developing reusable Terraform modules and Helm charts and enabling self-service provisioning.
  • •Architect reliable and secure Kubernetes networking, observability, and platform resiliency across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • •Serve as highest-level Kubernetes and platform subject matter expert, leading architecture reviews and mentoring engineers across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of infrastructure, cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience.
  • •7+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
  • •Advanced expertise designing and operating enterprise-scale Kubernetes platforms.
  • •Strong experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, plus advanced GitOps experience (e.g., Argo CD, Flux, Fleet).
  • •Expert-level Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience, with deep Kubernetes internals knowledge including networking, security, storage, scheduling, and control plane architecture.
