Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and prioritize highest-value maintenance opportunities across the network and define what needs to change or be developed.
  • •Lead the enterprise transition from reactive maintenance to proactive, reliability-centered operations at scale.
  • •Roll out and drive adoption of predictive maintenance (PdM) across 100+ facilities, ensuring standardization and measurable value.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison to the external PdM vendor and translate structured feedback into product enhancements.
  • •Define and report reliability KPIs and establish reliability standards, including asset criticality frameworks and condition-based maintenance practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering, or relevant hands-on maintenance/reliability experience.
  • •7+ years of progressive maintenance and reliability experience in industrial/manufacturing environments, including significant plant-floor time.
  • •Deep expertise in reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • •Experience taking a multi-site/enterprise maintenance organization from reactive to proactive/predictive at scale, including adoption and change management.
  • •Working knowledge of predictive and condition-based maintenance, plus experience with CMMS/EAM systems and translating needs into system requirements.
