Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an ID Card/CAC customer service specialist, verifying identity and eligibility of authorized DoD beneficiaries.
  • •Issue DoD identification cards and perform DEERS updates, including enrollment, reconciliations, and PIN resets.
  • •Verify and update PKI certificates and perform other ICA services as needed.
  • •Operate and maintain RAPIDS workstations, process CACs, and assist customers with eligibility, application requirements, and DEERS questions.
  • •Serve as a Verifying Official (VO) on DEERS/RAPIDS terminals and, if certified, as Site Security Manager for CAC materials accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •1+ years’ experience in a customer service environment.
  • •HR background in Military Pay, Military Personnel, Travel Claims, or Navy Transportation (or similar private sector/Federal Agency experience).
  • •Proficient oral and written communication to explain complex military entitlement processes.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 (NACLC) security investigation.
