Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of water sports activities and instructional programs to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • •Act as the senior on-water authority during activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • •Mentor and coach instructors and junior team members while ensuring consistent guest engagement and safety standards.
  • •Support pre-opening setup, testing, commissioning, onboarding, and training materials for water sports facilities and equipment.
  • •Oversee operational execution post-opening: advanced instruction across multiple disciplines, guest briefings and safety demonstrations, equipment readiness, escalation, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Water Sports Instructor or equivalent qualification (e.g., ISA, RYA, or recognized authority).
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water sports instruction or marine tourism operations.
  • •Proven experience delivering multiple water sports disciplines, with supervisory or senior instructor experience preferred.
  • •Valid, up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
  • •Strong understanding of water safety, rescue techniques, and risk management.
