Job Summary

Serve as an HR Generalist supporting a plant environment by advising employees and managers on HR policies and fostering an inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities

•Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines while supporting HR operations.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers by communicating HR policies and fostering inclusivity and trust.
•Resolve employee concerns professionally and confidentially, including conflict resolution, employee investigations, and employment compliance issues.
•Support talent acquisition and onboarding by assisting with recruitment events, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding and orientation.
•Manage key HR programs including training needs, professional development, performance reviews, leave administration, payroll/compensation/benefits support, and HR records/HR databases and reporting.

Key Requirements

•4-year/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (required).
•Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or related field (preferred).

•SHRM-C, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is preferred.
•Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles and employment laws and regulations.
