Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safe patient care by meeting clinical quality standards according to company policies and procedures

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Nurse qualification and either a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Services Management (or accredited management qualification), or 5 years of hospital leadership experience
  • •Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing if managing a specialist unit (e.g., Perioperative Nursing)
  • •5 years of Professional Nurse experience in a hospital
  • •2 years of leadership experience in a hospital
  • •Knowledge of nursing legislation and ability to manage clinical risk, patient complaints, and infection prevention and control
