Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality client experience. Educate customers on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Participate in outbound calling and sales support by identifying client needs, offers, and opportunities, including Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) handoffs. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.

•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, adhering to internal controls and risk management policies.
