Build relationships with new and existing clients by delivering a personalized, elevated luxury experience that drives commercial success. Meet individual and store sales KPIs through storytelling, brand passion, and deep knowledge of product, fashion, and styling. Manage the client journey from initial impression to closing sales, provide after-sales follow-up, and support daily store operations and visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs.
•Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, product, fashion, and styling.
•Follow the client journey in-store to ensure a great initial impression, close sales, and maintain relationships.
•Provide after-sales follow-up and deliver after-sales services efficiently.
•Support daily store operations, including luxury standards, inventory management, replenishment, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance, and maintain visual standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 21 - 22.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven track record delivering sales and exceeding targets.
•Previous experience in clientelling.
•Strong product knowledge and good understanding of store retail operations.
•A strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
•Fluent in the local language; English proficiency desirable.
