Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the overall project assignment and manage internal activities, including communicating with clients about contractual and financial aspects.
  • •Plan and drive technical questions, coordination, and day-to-day leadership of the assignment with engineers and drafters in your team.
  • •Mentor and onboard junior consultants as part of the role.
  • •Maintain close collaboration with clients to build trust and secure ongoing work.
  • •Ensure the delivery meets both client expectations and WSP requirements from start to finish.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in building project design and construction (projekterande byggnadskonstruktion).
  • •University or college degree in building or civil engineering (bygg eller samhällsbyggnad).
  • •Excellent Swedish language skills in speech and writing; good English is a plus.
  • •Experience with client interactions and market development for the group.
