Key Responsibilities

•Lead the overall project assignment and manage internal activities, including communicating with clients about contractual and financial aspects.
•Plan and drive technical questions, coordination, and day-to-day leadership of the assignment with engineers and drafters in your team.
•Mentor and onboard junior consultants as part of the role.
•Maintain close collaboration with clients to build trust and secure ongoing work.
•Ensure the delivery meets both client expectations and WSP requirements from start to finish.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in building project design and construction (projekterande byggnadskonstruktion).
•University or college degree in building or civil engineering (bygg eller samhällsbyggnad).
•Excellent Swedish language skills in speech and writing; good English is a plus.
•Experience with client interactions and market development for the group.
•Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants and manage internal project work.
