Job Summary

Build and operate global video infrastructure for transport, storage, and multimedia processing serving billions of users. Own production system management, including monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and optimization. Create automation, tools, visualizations, and monitors to improve reliability and processing speed. Improve the service lifecycle from design through deployment and refinement, scaling systems sustainably across large-scale distributed microservices.

Key Responsibilities

•Build global infrastructure for multi-media transport, storage, and processing to serve billions of users.
•Manage production systems globally, including monitoring, emergency response, capacity planning, and optimization.
•Develop tools, automations, visualizations, and monitors to support operation and optimization of global infrastructure.
•Improve the end-to-end service lifecycle from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.
•Scale systems sustainably with automation and initiate changes that improve system reliability and processing speed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical background, or equivalent software/system engineering experience.
•Extensive knowledge of SRE responsibilities including monitoring, incident handling, capacity management, and disaster recovery.
•Extensive knowledge of networking, operating system, database system, and container technology.
•Strong understanding of microservice architecture and hands-on troubleshooting in large-scale distributed systems.
•Programming experience in at least one of C, C++, Java, Python, or Go (preferred).
