Mechanical Integration and Test Engineer

Own the mechanical lifecycle of airship drones, bridging engineering design with operational reliability. In collaboration with the Mech Team, lead conceptual design of new mechanical subsystems and airframe evolutions, then build reliability through fatigue modeling and accelerated life tests (HALT/HASS). Drive root-cause analysis for field failures, maintaining a tight feedback loop with operations. Spend time on the shop floor during test and flight activities to ensure what you design works in the field.
