Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead the FDE team: set technical direction, mentor engineers, unblock complex projects, and raise the engineering bar while remaining hands-on.
  • •Own strategic deployments from technical discovery through production rollout, identifying onboarding friction, scoping solutions, and driving the engineering work to get customers live.
  • •Architect, build, and debug end-to-end integrations across APIs, webhooks, SIEM/SOAR platforms, identity systems, email infrastructure, and the broader enterprise security stack.
  • •Turn field work into product by identifying patterns across deployments and converting bespoke solutions into reusable platform capabilities.
  • •Build deployment scalability through systems, automation, and internal tooling that make new customers faster and easier to launch than the last.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years building and shipping production software, with depth to make architecture decisions and contribute to the codebase.
  • •Experience setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and driving complex projects while staying hands-on.
  • •Direct experience working with complex enterprise customers to uncover technical needs and scope production systems.
  • •Experience across APIs and webhooks plus identity/authentication (OAuth, SAML, SCIM) and enterprise infrastructure; SIEM/SOAR security platforms are a plus.
