Key Responsibilities

  • •Support store profitability by maintaining an effective, organized stockroom and logistical environment.
  • •Execute store operations with focus on product flow between back of house, sales floor, and deliveries.
  • •Use BI reports to prioritize top sellers and black-hole items to drive BOH productivity and push product to the floor.
  • •Ensure accurate inventory control: record inter-store/warehouse movements, post received shipments, resolve inbound items, and handle discrepancies.
  • •Lead stockroom readiness and safe operations by maintaining adequate supplies, completing cycle counts, and guiding/training selected team members on stockroom processes.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of retail experience in a commercial-focused environment with stockroom knowledge.
  • •Intermediate numeracy and literacy with advanced verbal communication skills.
  • •Matric Certificate.
  • •Experience supporting store KPIs and individual performance targets using available store resources to meet or exceed goals.
  • •Ability to manage inventory movements accurately and resolve discrepancies with timely shipment and inbound processing.
