Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for an AI-first transformation across the Unified Communications product portfolio.
•Partner with AI engineering and R&D teams to assess emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms for UC.
•Lead design and deployment of AI capabilities including natural language processing for translation, transcription, summarization, and intelligent routing.
•Oversee the AI/ML lifecycle including MLOps, deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning in production.
•Develop agentic AI solutions and context-aware AI assistants for real-time mission-critical audio, video, and data communications while coordinating compliance with legal teams.

Salary: USD 148,800 - 175,600

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Minimum 12 years of professional experience in software engineering with significant architectural leadership for AI/ML or data-intensive systems.
•Deep experience across the full lifecycle of building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade machine learning models (MLOps).
•Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ and expertise with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
•Experience building custom, proactive, context-aware AI assistants and agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications.
