Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for an AI-first transformation across the Unified Communications product portfolio.
  • •Partner with AI engineering and R&D teams to assess emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms for UC.
  • •Lead design and deployment of AI capabilities including natural language processing for translation, transcription, summarization, and intelligent routing.
  • •Oversee the AI/ML lifecycle including MLOps, deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning in production.
  • •Develop agentic AI solutions and context-aware AI assistants for real-time mission-critical audio, video, and data communications while coordinating compliance with legal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 12 years of professional experience in software engineering with significant architectural leadership for AI/ML or data-intensive systems.
  • •Deep experience across the full lifecycle of building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade machine learning models (MLOps).
  • •Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ and expertise with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • •Experience building custom, proactive, context-aware AI assistants and agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications.
