Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end export operations to ensure timely, compliant, efficient delivery to global customers.
  • •Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation, including permits, certifications, and customs declarations.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (customer care, regulatory affairs, commercial, finance, freight forwarders, government agencies) to support shipment execution.
  • •Ensure compliance with export regulations, customer requirements, and shipping documentation standards.
  • •Support new product exports, customer registrations, sample shipments, trade compliance activities, and manage export payment documentation (LC/DP/DA) while driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field.
  • •2–3 years of experience in Import/Export Operations, International Trade, Logistics, Customs, or Supply Chain.
  • •Strong knowledge of import/export processes, trade compliance, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation.
  • •Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and digital tools; experience with trade management systems and automation is advantageous.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with attention to detail.
