Job Summary

Support and enhance an enterprise collaboration platform by managing customer requests and issues through ServiceNow, partnering with users and stakeholders to answer questions and guide collaboration tools, and maintaining governance and operational workflows. Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards on platform usage and performance, collaborate with external vendors to refine requirements, and drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.

•Collaborate with external vendors to gather, refine, and manage requirements aligned to business needs.
