Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and approve the Master Inspection Plan and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for constructed packages.
  • •Coordinate and supervise Heads of Site Inspection to ensure technical coherence and unified reporting.
  • •Establish the Hold Points matrix (APC) and authorize releases after verification of compliance.
  • •Manage the NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) chain with contractor responses within target timelines.
  • •Validate provisional and final receptions of each package with the client and licensees; lead FATs for Long Lead Items.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 20 years of professional experience, with at least 15 years in leadership roles in Inspection of Works or Construction Management on transmission projects (220 kV or higher).
  • •Proven experience on at least one 500 kV transmission line project in the Andean cordillera.
  • •Proven experience on at least one 500 kV Substation project with GIS technology.
  • •Deep knowledge of Argentine transmission standards and regulations (AEA, ENRE, CAMMESA, INPRES-CIRSOC, CIRSOC) and operator specifications.
  • •Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Electronic engineering degree with current professional license in Argentina.
