Job Summary

Join Allianz Consulting, the internal consulting division of Allianz Group, and work on client engagements across strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims, and operations. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll own deliverable quality and milestone delivery with client teams, manage communications and timelines, support business development and pitches, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing while applying AI and GenAI for business transformation.

•Work with client teams on specific tasks, ensuring deliverable quality and that project milestones are reached.
•Manage communications and project timelines.
•Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
•Increase Allianz Consulting expertise in strategic areas of development.
•Support internal Allianz Consulting projects, including knowledge sharing and team events.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting.
•Expert knowledge of AI frameworks, using AI tools in daily tasks, and advising clients on AI adoption for business transformation.
•Experience in project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development and rollout.
•Excellent English skills for preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
