Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the single point of contact between Reckitt and the 3PL; monitor daily inbound, storage, picking, packing (VAS/Embellishment), and outbound operations.
  • •Ensure warehouse operations are executed per SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and contractual scope; run daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews and peak-period readiness.
  • •Manage inventory accuracy and traceability, oversee cycle counts with root-cause analysis for discrepancies, and optimize storage location utilization.
  • •Coordinate inbound and outbound, including time slot management with German office colleagues; manage freight out order consolidation and order optimization across two companies in the same warehouse.
  • •Own KPI reporting and analysis from the 3PL, lead on-site issue resolution for service failures/delays, and drive continuous improvement (CAPAs and joint improvement projects).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • •5–7 years of experience in warehouse management and transport.
  • •Experience in FMCG or similar environments.
  • •Working experience in engaging freight forwarders, plus knowledge of dangerous goods & customs.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with SAP ERP and a WMS (e.g., Blue Yonder).
