Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for assigned finance technology portfolio areas.
  • •Collaborate with Finance and Digital stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align on business value outcomes.
  • •Lead a team of Digital/IT resources and manage delivery of high-value work addressing stakeholder needs and business outcomes.
  • •Direct demand intake and backlog management; coordinate scoping, planning, and implementation execution with PMO and cross-functional delivery leads.
  • •Oversee enterprise systems domain accountability and the full product lifecycle (build, launch, iterate, retire), tracking KPIs and managing risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • •7+ years of experience in product management, digital product development, ERP ecosystem oversight, or IT project management, with demonstrated success leading teams.
  • •Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Trello, Aha!).
  • •Experience managing digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise IT solutions in ERP ecosystems such as SAP S/4HANA and related Friends systems (Concur, IBP, Ariba, MDG, SAC).
  • •Ability to translate business goals and user needs into actionable product requirements and drive cross-functional consensus.
