Job Summary

Serve as a Visa Project Manager for client implementation services for banks, fintechs, and payment service providers. You’ll gather and document project requirements, provide consultative guidance on Visa regulations, fees, features, and functionality, and coordinate card program setup work. Manage parallel projects through changing landscapes, deliver weekly/monthly status updates, and support process improvements while representing client system and operational needs to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide project management support to Visa clients and processors to exceed client expectations.
•Coordinate with clients to analyze card program setup requirements and implement Visa products and services, formulating implementation solutions.
•Manage client projects in parallel to product development and a changing landscape, including non-routine complex processing requests.
•Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs; report client deliverables to management weekly or monthly.
•Work with internal Visa and client stakeholders to ensure delivery on commitments, including off-scheduled late evenings/weekends for configuration changes and post-production validation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in a business analyst role in software or financial services.
•Minimum 8+ years of information technology system knowledge with a good understanding of project management, technology, and applications.
•Experience with project management for retail banking, card schemes, or new technologies applicable to the payment industry.
•Good working knowledge of Visa’s payment processing systems, including message routing, authorization, clearing & settlement, and client connectivity.
•Fluent English speaking/writing to interact with stakeholders in US, India, and Singapore.
