Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; and diagnose issues using data.
  • •Practice safe job practices for equipment repair and meet OSHA knowledge expectations (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed, daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment/parts and travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools, plus extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics/diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, with field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
