Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of event production, including pre-production logistics, vendor selection/hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.

  • •Assess and manage event budgets in partnership with project managers.
  • •Source and secure venues, event permits, and insurance requirements.
  • •Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of creative deliverables.
