Serve as a customer-facing Solutions Engineering expert for Grafana Labs, partnering with Sales to articulate the value proposition and drive technical engagement on complex opportunities. Deliver product and technical presentations, translate customer needs into solutions using Grafana technology, and provide feedback on product gaps and competitive landscape. Also create enablement content (documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles) to support worldwide customer education and success.
