Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert across proposals, new business pursuits, asset development, and complex solutioning for digital experiences.
  • •Bridge sales, delivery, and clients; engage with customers and shape solutioning for Salesforce-led engagements.
  • •Lead end-to-end development of Salesforce managed packages using 2GP/1GP strategies for measurable business growth.
  • •Ensure engineering standards, code quality, and security protocols across PDO projects for consistent delivery.
  • •Mentor and develop senior engineering leaders and collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and client stakeholders on technical roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 18 years of experience leading engineering teams with extensive Salesforce PDO solution delivery experience.
  • •Lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce managed packages and ensure Appexchange compliance and successful product launches.
  • •Drive end-to-end product development using Salesforce 2GP and 1GP packaging strategies to optimize scalability, maintainability, and business growth.
