Job Summary

Own the analytical and financial workstream for progressing from pre-Head of Agency state through a negotiated Multi Year Procurement agreement for Military Engines. Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, pricing and estimating, volume/demand planning, and investment/capacity modeling. Support contract strategy and proposal development, integrating across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Programs, and Sustainment while preparing materials for executive briefings.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support procurement progress.
•Develop pricing and estimating inputs (ROM and formal proposals).
•Drive volume and demand planning, plus investment and capacity modeling.
•Integrate supply chain activities and supplier flowdowns into analyses.
•Support contract T&Cs strategy and proposal development, collaborating cross-functionally and preparing executive briefings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with at least 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance; OR a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
•U.S. citizenship is required.
•Working experience in financial modeling, business case development, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, linear modeling, and machine learning.
•Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver accurate reporting to internal and external customers, including senior leadership.
