Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain client relationships, aligning on development goals and strategic direction.
  • •Provide leadership and oversight across functional areas, setting expectations and monitoring team performance against scope.
  • •Monitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule; manage submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks for CSA works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
  • •Maintain project risk register and issue logs, coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • •Minimum 8–15 years of experience in site-based project management, including at least 2 years in data centers.
  • •Strong understanding of CSA and MEP.
  • •Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
  • •English proficiency with Indonesian required.
