Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the full project lifecycle from inception through design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning
  • •Manage and deliver capital investment projects with the project management team
  • •Typically manage projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors)
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure client objectives are met
  • •Plan, direct, and supervise activities for moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact

Key Requirements

  • •Postgraduate qualification, ideally in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
  • •In the process of pursuing Chartered status with SCSI / RICS / CIOB / RIBA / Engineers Ireland (EI)
  • •Affiliation with the Association for Project Management (APM) would be advantageous
  • •Experience working within the built environment
  • •Recent experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–7
