Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute complex structural design projects to meet engineering standards, certification requirements, and program objectives.
  • •Develop high-quality 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings using advanced CAD tools.
  • •Support design and development of advanced nacelle structures, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, and technology maturation.
  • •Lead and participate in RCCA activities to identify, analyze, and resolve internal and external quality issues.
  • •Provide mentorship and technical oversight to junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with Stress, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and Program Management teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires an engineering degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • •Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • •Proven experience creating 3D structural models using CATIA V5.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or aerospace engineering (preferred).
  • •Experience with GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, root cause analysis, design for manufacturability, and aerospace industry standards (preferred).
