Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, coordinate, and implement program delivery plans aligned with corporate goals and client expectations.
  • •Serve as primary accountability for project delivery by identifying issues, driving decisions, escalating risks, and ensuring alignment with client, contractual, and company standards.
  • •Lead client engagement and relationship development through proactive communication, issue resolution, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • •Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee development/enforcement of governance frameworks, delivery standards, and escalation procedures.
  • •Integrate scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management; analyze performance metrics, lead root cause analyses, and support risk/opportunity management across the program lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field in the Power & Energy market (or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience).
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience with significant project management responsibility in power delivery distribution, transmission, substations, or related infrastructure.
  • •Experience managing medium to large, complex transmission line and/or substation projects for electric utility clients.
  • •Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and client satisfaction.
  • •Strong project controls knowledge, including CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, earned value management, and change/risk management.
