Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop enablement trainers and facilitators, setting performance standards, quality benchmarks, and coaching frameworks.
  • •Own the end-to-end delivery strategy for onboarding and continuous learning across frontline organizations, aligning to company priorities and business outcomes.
  • •Partner with Enablement Design to shape learning strategies and modality decisions (live, virtual, blended, AI-enabled) for scalable, high-impact delivery.
  • •Build and operationalize scalable delivery systems (capacity models, prioritization frameworks, facilitator readiness standards, and operating rhythms).
  • •Measure and continuously improve delivery impact metrics, champion AI-enabled workflows, and facilitate high-impact sessions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or a related performance-focused function operating at scale across multiple business functions.
  • •3+ years of people management experience building high-performing teams and developing emerging leaders.
  • •Experience owning or significantly influencing enablement strategy tied to measurable business outcomes (e.g., time to productivity, ramp time, revenue performance, quality, efficiency).
  • •Experience partnering with senior leaders (Director level and above) to translate business priorities into performance-driven enablement plans.
  • •Strong operational and systems-thinking skills, including designing scalable processes, capacity models, and delivery operating rhythms; fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies is required.
