Lead the delivery engine for onboarding and continuous learning across Thumbtack’s frontline organizations, including Sales, Service, Success, and Trust & Safety. Own end-to-end enablement delivery strategy and measurable impact metrics like time to productivity and training ROI. Partner with Enablement Design to shape learning modalities and build scalable delivery systems. As a people leader and player-coach, embed AI-enabled practices to accelerate efficiency, personalization, and speed to impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop enablement trainers and facilitators, setting performance standards, quality benchmarks, and coaching frameworks.
•Own the end-to-end delivery strategy for onboarding and continuous learning across frontline organizations, aligning to company priorities and business outcomes.
•Partner with Enablement Design to shape learning strategies and modality decisions (live, virtual, blended, AI-enabled) for scalable, high-impact delivery.
•Build and operationalize scalable delivery systems (capacity models, prioritization frameworks, facilitator readiness standards, and operating rhythms).
•Measure and continuously improve delivery impact metrics, champion AI-enabled workflows, and facilitate high-impact sessions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or a related performance-focused function operating at scale across multiple business functions.
•3+ years of people management experience building high-performing teams and developing emerging leaders.
•Experience owning or significantly influencing enablement strategy tied to measurable business outcomes (e.g., time to productivity, ramp time, revenue performance, quality, efficiency).
•Experience partnering with senior leaders (Director level and above) to translate business priorities into performance-driven enablement plans.
•Strong operational and systems-thinking skills, including designing scalable processes, capacity models, and delivery operating rhythms; fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies is required.
