Job Summary

Support end users in a client environment as part of the EUC team, handling day-to-day incident resolution and request fulfillment using ITIL. Perform IMAC tasks for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals across desks, floors, or buildings. Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Microsoft Office, and end-user hardware, meet SLA/KPI expectations, learn new technologies as needed, and participate in rotational 24x7 shifts with possible domestic overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide EUC team support to end users in a client environment.
•Handle incident resolution and request fulfillment aligned to ITIL.
•Perform IMAC (install, move, add, change) for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals as required.
•Work to operational/project objectives and measured SLAs, CSFs, and KPIs.
•Learn and apply new and emerging technologies as business requirements evolve.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years’ experience in End User Computing, IT Support, and Asset Management.
•Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office, and end-user hardware support.
•Basic understanding of ITIL framework.
•Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
•English communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to physically perform general office requirements.
