Support the venue’s sustainability efforts as a seasonal, part-time show-day crew member. Assist with post-show sorting of recycling, composting, and landfill materials, and educate band members and fans on zero-waste goals. Help drive employee engagement initiatives like water bottle refill programs and giveaways. Participate in Zero Waste Captain training and work alongside the Venue Sustainability Coordinator and the venue operations team to execute sustainability programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with the post-show sorting process for recycling, composting, and landfill materials.
•Serve as an ambassador to band members to help them understand their role in achieving venue sustainability goals.
•Support employee engagement programs such as water bottle refill punch cards, post-show sort giveaways, and new ideas.
•Engage fans and encourage participation in sustainability programs through activities or education.
•Participate in Zero Waste Captain training.
