•Implement AI systems and automations to assist during outages and triage potential issues, including AI-assisted preliminary analysis.
•Provide Tier 3 support by troubleshooting and resolving issues across portal services in test and production environments.
•Lead root cause analysis and post-mortem processes using AI-assisted analysis and pattern detection for continuous improvement.
•Monitor performance and bottlenecks using AI-driven observability/anomaly detection; implement tuning strategies to improve latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
•Design and maintain dashboards, alerts, and metrics using tools like Datadog, AppInsights, and CloudWatch; develop automation and IaC with Terraform to support deployment, scaling, and recovery.
