Key Responsibilities

•Safely load, secure, transport, and offload CarMax vehicles between stores, auctions, vendors, and logistics hubs.
•Ensure timely and accurate vehicle delivery to support inventory flow and customer satisfaction.
•Operate equipment while maintaining safety, efficiency, and cleanliness of truck and trailer.
•Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and CarMax standards.
•Maintain accurate DOT logs and documentation and follow all company and federal safety regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28.6 - 48.7 hourly

Key Requirements

•Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
•Have 2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience (military heavy/medium tactical experience considered).
•Ability to meet DOT & FMCSA qualification requirements.
•Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years and no preventable safety incidents in the past two years.
•Ability to lift heavy objects, operate winches during loading, and operate a 10-speed transmission; willingness to work outdoors in varied weather.
