Process, Risk, Control Officer I

Serve as a first-line risk control professional within the Enterprise Controls and Change Office, executing and supporting the enterprise risk control self-assessment (RCSA). Use risk expertise to help mature second-line risk programs aligned to regulatory expectations, while balancing capacity to deliver program requirements. Act as a subject-matter expert, provide effective challenge on program updates, participate in working groups, and coach business partners on adherence to risk program changes.
