Key Responsibilities

•Build referral partnerships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, assisted living facilities, and senior-focused organizations; educate providers and staff on Sailor Health’s services, eligibility, and referral workflows.
•Own territory growth by developing new partnerships, managing high-priority accounts, and driving outreach across the local healthcare ecosystem.
•Operate in the field 4–5 days per week, meeting partners in person, attending community events and provider meetings.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams to ensure a seamless referral and onboarding experience; share feedback to improve provider experience and growth strategy.
•Present to groups (e.g., 20 providers) and build 1-on-1 relationships with individual PCPs; balance strategic territory planning with meticulous follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 95,000 annually
