Job Summary

Work with a KYC and wealth-management solution to translate regulatory and compliance changes into business requirements and functional specifications. Drive requirement refinement across multiple regions, coordinate with product, IT, software engineering, and vendors, and support backlog prioritization and pre-go-live activities (SIT/UAT). Own and resolve production issues, document processes and controls in Confluence/Jira, and present clear updates and decisions to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate regulatory policy changes into business requirements and functional specifications for solution development and implementation.
•Create and execute solution-development roadmaps and present milestones, timelines, and status updates to senior management.
•Refine business requirements and align globally across multiple locations and stakeholders (IT and non-IT).
•Document requirements, processes, and controls in Confluence and Jira and support product backlog maintenance/prioritization.
•Support pre-go-live change management and testing phases (SIT/UAT) and take ownership of production issues until resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
•In-depth knowledge of KYC and account opening processes (AFC and KYC standards/regulations) in Wealth Management, including complex, high-risk structures.
•Experience with large project or transformation programs in a big financial enterprise.
•Strong communication, analytical thinking, and Agile-methodology experience; practical knowledge of JWT, SAML, REST APIs, Java, Oracle, SQL, and Postman is beneficial.
