Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform Risk & Control Framework activities including control monitoring, review, and testing.
  • •Manage Internal Events across Operations teams, including escalation, root cause identification, business impact analysis, and action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • •Register internal events, issues, and actions in the Helios system and prepare Closure Packs.
  • •Act as Third Party Engagement Management by overseeing Operations engagements in the OneTPM system.
  • •Support FRP process with bottom-up workforce planning and oversee reconciliation, breaks reporting, and monthly substantiation activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced English proficiency.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.
  • •Experience with Power BI for metrics and indicator reporting.
