Lead Protex AI’s inbound demand generation and ABM programs to accelerate enterprise-based pipeline. Own multi-channel campaigns, ABM sequencing, and global events, partnering with Sales and Product Marketing. Drive data-backed decisions, optimize attribution in HubSpot, and deliver high-quality MQLs and ROI across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Own inbound demand generation strategy, setting channel mix, campaign priorities, and pipeline targets in partnership with the Head of Marketing & Growth.
•Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality MQLs for the enterprise sales team and determine when to scale or pivot strategies.
•Design and run ABM programmes with Sales on account selection, sequencing, and creative approaches that engage target accounts.
•Own campaign management end-to-end from briefs to launch, reporting, and optimization with structured processes.
•Own global events calendar, prioritizing tradeshows and owned events, integrating events into ABM with pre/post outreach and ROI tracking.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a closely related field, ideally in B2B SaaS and enterprise tech
•Proven track record building and scaling inbound pipeline programmes with measurable impact on ICP pipeline, MQL quality, and conversions
•Hands-on across ABM, paid media, events, email nurture, and content-driven inbound, with ability to lead a team
•Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with HubSpot or equivalent CRM; understands attribution and data-driven decision making
•Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
