Process Engineer

Provide technical leadership for Amcor production value streams, driving continuous improvement across EHS, quality, productivity, troubleshooting, and cost reduction. Monitor and improve product quality, resolve customer complaints, and ensure standard operating conditions through daily reporting and operator audits. Use statistical methods to identify process capabilities, support equipment repairs and capital projects, lead cross-functional improvement teams, and train/co-manage operators and co-op engineers.
