  • •Use statistical methods to identify opportunities, determine process capabilities, and set goals and continuous improvement action plans.
  • •Troubleshoot daily production problems and coordinate corrective actions across functional areas within the facility (e.g., R&D, product development, customer technical service).
  • •Have an undergraduate technical degree (preferred) and at least 10 years of manufacturing experience; Green Belt Lean-Six Sigma required with Black Belt preferred.
