•Lead global compensation research and benchmarking, translating market shifts into actionable insights and recommendations.
•Own the end-to-end design, implementation, and audit of global salary structures using modeling to ensure sustainable ranges.
•Drive global launch of the Job Architecture redesign, managing role mapping and calibration while partnering with People Tech for system integration.
•Build scalable compensation toolkits and automated models, integrating AI tools to increase velocity and improve analytics accuracy.

•Ability to serve as escalation point for complex cases where data is thin, providing guidance on the right approach.
