Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day operational support for People activities, including answering HR questions and handling admin needs.
  • •Audit and consolidate the People tech stack by identifying what to keep, replace, and migrate, and drive the operational migration.
  • •Rebuild compensation ranges by supporting methodology, benchmarking, and rollout planning.
  • •Build and operationalize learning & development and improve processes and guidelines by documenting content and filling gaps.
  • •Support multi-country compliance and employee relations cases, grounding ER work in labor law, and run AI/automation experiments to reduce workload.
