Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a cross-functional team to deliver reporting products that are accurate, reliable, timely, scalable, and auditable.
  • •Translate evolving regulatory requirements into robust engineering solutions and set a new standard for how regulatory reporting is built and operated.
  • •Drive measurable outcomes that reduce operational friction and manual effort across the reporting cycle.
  • •Partner with product and compliance peers on prioritization and roadmapping, balancing technical debt and incoming regulatory change.
  • •Provide architectural direction and a player-coach mindset across large-scale data and software engineering projects, including people growth through hiring and development.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering or Data Engineering.
  • •Owned an end-to-end delivery with measurable consequences when outputs were wrong or deadlines were set outside your organization.
  • •Strong foundation in Software Engineering (e.g., Java or Python) and experience building and operating large-scale data pipelines in production.
  • •Clear ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders such as Compliance, Legal, and Finance and align needs into a unified roadmap.
  • •Familiarity with financial services regulation or reporting is a plus.
  • •Regulatory reporting experience is a plus.
