Key Responsibilities

  • •Own execution and oversight of customer award fulfillment, including incentive validation, reconciliation between internal and vendor files, award reissues, and partner exceptions.
  • •Research and resolve complex customer concerns within service levels by coordinating with Customer Care, escalation teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Monitor outsourced teams and external vendors for workload, timeliness, accuracy, and adherence to documented procedures.
  • •Design and maintain quality/control processes, keep evidence of key controls, identify defects or control gaps, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • •Develop operational reporting and dashboards, analyze data across systems to validate award accuracy and detect exceptions, and lead continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Requirements
