•Provide leadership and guidance to the process and project management team; set goals, expectations, and priorities, and mentor team members to enhance skills.

•Coordinate and manage the commercial project pipeline and prepare projects for presentation during Quarterly Increment Planning.
•Manage capacity within the Commercial Project Team to optimize efficiency and productivity.
•Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key organizational projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
•At least 6 years of experience in project, process, or program management.
•Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
•Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferred.
•Proficiency with project management tools and software such as Asana.
