Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate day-to-day office operations in Mexico City, including office logistics, supplies, and operational needs.
  • •Liaise with IT, facilities, vendors, and building management; support IT equipment management and onboarding/offboarding logistics with HR.
  • •Serve as the local point of contact for employee benefits and support employees with day-to-day benefits queries, coordinating with internal teams and external providers.
  • •Support compliance with Mexican regulatory requirements (including IMSS and INFONAVIT) by coordinating with external providers for timely submissions and preparing documents for audits or regulatory reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years of prior experience as an office administrator.
  • •Proven experience managing a busy office and coordinating high-profile events in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
