Job Summary

Lead manufacturing engineering efforts that deliver robust, producible turbomachinery hardware for major industrial programs. Collaborate with operations, design, and internal producers to support new program Integrated Product Teams and international transition (re-sourcing) activities focused on cost and manufacturability. Apply producibility standards across production readiness reviews and 3P events, while bridging engineering, suppliers, and production through customer and supply-management support.

Key Responsibilities

•Support interdisciplinary Integrated Product Teams for new programs and international transition (re-sourcing) activities to optimize cost and manufacturability of turbomachinery engine components.
•Support customers such as engine programs (Campus 1/41, PWR, PWK, SPWAEC, PWM) and supply management.
•Lead and apply producibility standards for production readiness reviews and events (3P), including Passports, MRL, RLPM, ESA, and transition projects.
•Serve as the link between engineering, internal producers, and suppliers.

Key Requirements

•DEC minimum in mechanical, aerospace, or automation engineering
•Minimum 6 years of experience in a relevant domain
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering
•Functional use of SAP
•Quality assurance management experience
