Key Responsibilities

•Audit current state of test coverage and CI pipelines across OpenCTI/OpenAEV/OpenGRC; identify gaps and define a prioritized roadmap
•Define and implement a cross-product test strategy covering unit, integration, end-to-end, and contract testing across stack layers
•Lead the consolidation and standardization of CI/CD pipelines toward GitHub Actions with quality gates
•Build shared test tooling, templates, and libraries for product teams to reduce testing costs
•Introduce and maintain performance/load testing practices and establish baselines and regression detection

Key Requirements

•7–12 years of software engineering experience with a focus on quality engineering and CI/CD
•Deep expertise in test strategy and architecture (unit, integration, E2E, contract testing)
•Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale
•Proficiency across a polyglot stack (TypeScript/React, Node.js/Java, Python)
•Experience with modern test tooling (Playwright, Vitest, Jest, Cypress; Stryker; Pact) and static analysis
•Strong understanding of software quality metrics (coverage, mutation score, flakiness, pipeline duration) and how to drive improvements
•Excellent written communication; comfortable in a remote-first, async culture; autonomous and ownership-minded
