Key Responsibilities

  • •Support patients through all recovery stages using the 12-step approach (with approval from the addiction therapist).
  • •Provide practical guidance to help manage cravings, avoid triggers, and overcome recovery challenges.
  • •Track progress and help identify obstacles to recovery goals through follow-up.
  • •Lead and participate in 12-step program meetings within the center.
  • •Conduct regular individual sessions and educate patients and their families on the 12-step methods (under supervision).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree at least in any field (preferred: addiction counseling or a related field).
  • •At least 360 hours of training in the field of addiction.
  • •Experience in an addiction treatment center, with at least 5 years working in recovery counseling.
  • •Completion of the 12 steps of the 12-step program.
  • •Recovery experience of at least 7 years.
